Workforce diversity is a global challenge as employee performance has a significant impact on the success or failure of organizations. An overview and list of articles on diversity management published since 2000 are provided by this study. An extensive format is offered by a systematic literature review of the studies that are currently available. This paper offers a high-quality review of 17 articles that meet the inclusion criteria for its high-quality journal of management studies that has an impact factor of 3.0 or higher. The studies are qualitative, empirical, conceptual, and theoretical. According to its conceptualization, causes, and effects, the review diagnosed diversity management. High-quality research has emerged as a global phenomenon, as demonstrated by the findings; however, the amount of existing literature in developing nations is negligible. Furthermore, empirical analysis was the foundation for the majority of the studies. The results indicate that while conceptualization, antecedent, and consequences have been ambiguous, the diversity management dimension most studied focused on demographic traits and racial discrimination dimension. An extensive analysis is provided by this study in addition to other well-known systematic studies. Its literary contributions include a perceptive analysis of current trends, reports on dimensional variables, and contextual information found in management literature. Hr, the authors provided methodological justification for the inclusion of some papers that may have been accidentally excluded.
